Sex comedy movie 'American Pie' originally hit the screens back in 1999 and due it's phenomenal success ($235 million at the worldwide box-office), it landed another three sequel movies featuring mostly the same cast. American Reunion (2012) was the last movie to see all our favourite cast members, although there have been several 'American Pie Presents:' movies released since.
That could be set to change with the confirmed news that a new American Pie movie is in the works, and it's been confirmed by the writer herself in the tweet below:

Here's to hoping this will be a proper 'American Pie' movie featuring Jim, Michelle, Oz, Stifler and the rest of the gang who made the first films and our youths so unforgettable. For now, check out all the latest comedy movies coming soon.
