Social media and news sites have been buzzing with the 'news' that an eighth installment of the Harry Potter movie franchise is in the making with reports of 3 of the main cast members being on board.
The 'Harry Potter and the Cursed Child' story has already been written by J.K. Rowling for the stage, and takes place nineteen years after the events of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. It follows Harry Potter, now Head of the Department of Magical Law Enforcement at the Ministry of Magic, and his son, Albus Severus Potter, who is about to attend his first year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Rowling has even referred to the play as being "the eighth Harry Potter story".
With a story already written it's no wonder speculation of the movie coming has been circulating. Sadly though, a Warner Brothers spokesperson has confirmed the reports are 'false', when questioned about this news by The Mirror. Well, Happy Monday everyone!
