This exciting news for Disney and Frozen fans comes after Disney held their Q4 income review; the final quarter for 2022. As well as confirming Frozen 3, they also confirmed sequels were already in production for Toy Story 5 and Zootopia.
Frozen was a huge phenomenon back in 2013 when it hit theaters, with Frozen II being released a long six years later in 2019. Frozen II was scooped a staggering $1.45 billion at the worldwide box office, so it's no surprise Disney will be eager to get this progressed. Young fans of the original movie were in their tweens/teens when the Frozen sequel arrived and this time they'll be even older so we're expecting this production to appeal to a wider audience and (as Frozen II had) an even more complex story.
