Release Date
Universal has set DreamWorks Animation's Shrek spin-off Donkey, with Eddie Murphy voicing the title role, for a June 30, 2028 release. The date puts the spin-off on the release calendar exactly a year after Shrek 5, the first new main entry in the DreamWorks Animation franchise since 2010.
